Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
The Free Roof Giveaway is open to legal residents of Bergen County NJ who are homeowners and at least 18 years of age. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Add Ventures Construction are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per household is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

3. Winner Selection:
Winner(s) will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the published deadline. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Winner(s) will be notified by phone and/or email and must respond within 72 hours. If a winner does not respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.

4. Prize Details:
The winner will receive a residential roof installation or replacement valued up to $12,000, as determined by Add Ventures Construction. Any additional costs, upgrades, or work exceeding the $12,000 value are the responsibility of the homeowner. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable to another person or property.

5. Project Requirements:
The home must be within Add Ventures Construction’s service area (Bergen County NJ), be owner-occupied, and structurally suitable for roof replacement as determined by a site inspection. The homeowner is responsible for obtaining any required local permits or approvals.

6. Promotional Use:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Add Ventures Construction to use their name, city/town, photos, and videos of the project for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, without further compensation.

7. General Conditions:
Add Ventures Construction reserves the right to verify eligibility, to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value, or to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if necessary. The giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

8. Acceptance of Terms:
Participation in the giveaway constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the accompanying Legal Disclaimer.
